The contact form on this website asks for your name, email address, phone number and an optional message. We use those details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry.

Submitting the form is voluntary. If you would rather not use it, you can email us directly at hello@luprixapp.com.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as the pages viewed, the time of the request and a truncated IP address. This is used to keep the site available and secure.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts are loaded. Your browser may store standard technical data as part of normal page delivery, but we do not use it to build a profile of you.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry, and are shared only with the service providers needed to deliver and store that enquiry.

When the contact form is connected to a customer relationship system, submissions are forwarded to that system. Until a destination is configured, submissions are not stored or emailed anywhere.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as they are needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send your request to hello@luprixapp.com and we will action it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new revision date.
